About Hanson Land Works LLC

February in Lake County can go glass-clear and bitter, snow squeaking underfoot and stars sharp over the birch ridges back of Two Harbors. Hanson Land Works LLC runs its plowing through that country — long inland driveways, gravel approaches, turnarounds cut wide enough to actually be useful. Out away from the shore the drifts build wherever wind crosses open cutover, and one driveway can need two passes before morning. Steps and walks get opened along with the pavement, so the way in is as clear as the way out. Getting somebody out to the road on a morning like that is a small thing that matters a great deal.
