About Great Goats Landscaping

Timothy shares its name with a meadow grass that still fills haylofts across Minnesota, and all winter that namesake lies dormant under the snow. Great Goats Landscaping, a landscaping outfit by name, turns to snow removal once the drifts take over. After a night of snowfall they clear driveways and walks so the morning can start on time: a plowed lane wide enough for the truck, steps scraped down to concrete, the mailbox dug out for the carrier. A snowbank cut clean at the edge of the drive looks a bit like a winter hay bale, squared off and stacked with intent. Come spring the meadow grass returns; until then, the job is keeping winter out of the way.
