Northern Timber Tree & Stump

About Northern Timber Tree & Stump

Thief River Falls stands where the Thief River meets the Red Lake River, and in the hard heart of winter, ice fog hangs over the valley on mornings cold enough to make the snow squeak underfoot. Northern Timber Tree & Stump turns its muscle to snow removal through those months, clearing driveways so the city can keep moving through a winter that starts early and leaves late. A clean pass through a drift before dawn is its own small victory, the blade scraping down to pavement while the eastern sky shifts from violet to gold. A timber outfit by name is no stranger to heavy work, and this far north, the heaviest work of all is often the snow.
