About Yard Works Lawn Care and Maintenance

Late October in Sunfish Lake is a slow, golden letting-go: the little lake the city is named for goes still and dark, and the wooded hillsides shed their leaves for weeks on end. Yard Works Lawn Care and Maintenance keeps pace with all of it, from summer mowing to the fall cleanup that clears lawns before snow can pin the leaves down until April. A hillside yard raked clean on an autumn afternoon, the grass still green beneath and ready to rest, is a lovely thing to see. In a place where nature does so much of the decorating, steady upkeep is what holds the whole picture together. It's the unglamorous work that lets the woods be the show.
