Altendorf Landscape Company

About Altendorf Landscape Company

Sunburg is a small town with a bright name, set among the lakes and rolling farm ground of west-central Minnesota, where winter light comes in low and dazzling off the snowfields. Altendorf Landscape Company works both halves of the year here, shaping and caring for lawns and landscapes while the ground is green, and plowing out drives when snow comes sideways across the open country. There's a pleasing symmetry in it: a yard edged in August gets cleared again in January, its lines showing through the white. Spring arrives late and all at once, with meltwater filling every low spot and the first green showing on south-facing slopes, and that's when a landscape gets its fresh start. In a town this size, a yard kept up is a point of pride for the whole street.
