About Complete Outdoor Service

Between Rochester and Tichigan the land opens out, and open land means wind: a storm can quit at midnight while the drifts keep rebuilding across a driveway until four. Complete Outdoor Service plans for that second half of the night, going back through with the plow, taking the steps down again with a shovel, laying ice control where meltwater ran and froze. Nothing about this work gets noticed when it goes right, which is the point exactly — the drive is simply open, the walk is simply passable, and the day starts on time. Racine County winters are long and they do not negotiate. Snow removal here is work done in the dark and judged at sunrise.
