About Chris & Kevin's snow Shoveling

St. Cloud is granite under everything, the quarries, the old curbstones, the front steps of a hundred houses above the Mississippi. Chris & Kevin's snow Shoveling works those steps and walks by hand, clearing entries, sidewalks and driveways and putting down ice melt where the sun never quite reaches. A path shoveled to bare pavement by seven in the morning is a small kindness the rest of the day rests on. Storms keep tracking up the river valley all winter, and so does the shovel. Houses, apartments and small storefronts around town.
