The streets of Spring Lake Park were laid out for post-war ramblers: short driveways, attached garages, and no alley to hide a winter in. So when a snow emergency is called and the city plow comes through, it leaves the same hard windrow across every apron on the block. J's Snow and Landscape exists for that windrow — cut it, throw it back, open the drive and the front walk, then do it again at the tail of the storm. Winter here is long and arrives in installments, and the trucks go out for each one. Snow removal for Spring Lake Park, Mounds View, Coon Rapids and the streets in between.
