About Peterson Property Services

October along the Middle Fork Crow River turns Spicer a rusted gold, and the water moving between Nest Lake and Green Lake carries leaves along like small boats. Peterson Property Services spends those weeks closing the season down — last cuts, raking, hauling, a yard left bare and breathing before the ground goes hard. Then the calendar flips, the lake fog turns to frost, and the same properties get plowed and shoveled through the long white middle of the year. Lawn care and snow removal, one property carried across both halves of the calendar. It looks best in the moment nobody photographs: a clean walk at six in the morning.
