About DLS Landscaping

South Haven is small and the lakes around it are not — Sylvia and its neighbors spread through the moraine in every direction, and half the town's yards end at water or woods. DLS Landscaping mows and trims those yards: the shoreline strips, the slopes down to a dock path, the long approaches off the county roads. Mowing, edging, trimming and cleanup, kept on a steady week so nothing gets ahead of itself. Sandy glacial ground drains fast out here, and a cut set right keeps color in the turf when July goes dry. There's a plain pleasure in a lakeside lawn finished clean with the water flat behind it.
