About Northern LandWorks LLC

Dark comes early to Shevlin in December, and the snow that crosses Clearwater County arrives on a wind with nothing to slow it but jack pine and tamarack. Northern LandWorks LLC works straight through those months, plowing drives, shoveling walks and treating ice before anyone has to guess at a step. When the ground finally lets go in May, the plow trucks give way to mowers along the old rail grade and the county roads out of town, with trimming, edging and cleanups at both ends of the season. Two halves of a year, one crew, and the same standard for each. Yards up here look tended because somebody keeps showing up.
