About North Star Outdoor Services

On a clear winter midnight, the sky over Shakopee is all business — Orion climbing, the north star fixed above the valley — and beneath it the plow trucks navigate by porch lights instead. North Star Outdoor Services runs those routes, digging out driveways and clearing walks while the town sleeps through the storm. Come the thaw, the same crew trades steel for mowers, and the summer months go to cutting, trimming, and tending the lawns the drifts spent all winter hiding. There is a steadiness to working under a star that never moves. The seasons wheel around it, the equipment changes with them, and the addresses get looked after either way.
