About Lerfald Landscaping

Scandia carries its name honestly: Swedish immigrants settled near Hay Lake here in 1850, the first Swedish settlement in Minnesota, and the log buildings at Gammelgården still keep that story. Lerfald Landscaping tends lawns in this rolling Washington County town, where midsummer comes with tall grass, wildflower ditches and evenings that barely darken. Mowing is even, trimming is close, and the borders along drives and beds come out crisp. There is something old-country about a yard kept just so, tidy as a Swedish farmstead at Midsommar. Lerfald brings that neatness to the Scandia lawns it cuts.
