SMART (Seasonal Maintenance and Repair Team)

About SMART (Seasonal Maintenance and Repair Team)

Twice a year, central Minnesota flips its whole operating system — mower decks come off, plows go on, and then back again when the melt finally wins in April. SMART, the Seasonal Maintenance and Repair Team, is organized around exactly that hinge. They keep Sartell's lawns cut, trimmed, and tidy while the ground is green, then pivot to snow removal the week the weather turns, running driveways and walks through the cold months without missing the transition. The name is a plan, not a boast: match the maintenance to the season and never let a yard fall between them. In a town where autumn can become winter overnight, that plan earns its keep.
