Ground Control

About Ground Control

When a storm parks over central Minnesota and the wind starts moving snow sideways across the river, Ground Control is already rolling. Theirs is the work of the worst nights — headlights in the whiteout, the blade biting down to blacktop, lot after lot pushed clean before morning. Then the season turns, the snowbanks shrink into the storm drains, and the same crew takes command of the grass: mowing, trimming, keeping Sartell's yards squared away through the green half of the year. Winter or summer, the mission is the same — keep the ground under control so everyone else can get on with their day. They rarely miss.
