About HoffLawn

First light on Upsala Road, and the dew lies heavy enough that the truck leaves two dark tracks in the shoulder grass. HoffLawn is one rig, one trailer and a route through Sanford that starts before the day gets its temper up. Mowing, edging, string trimming, shrub trimming, and the cleanup that keeps a driveway looking swept rather than merely mown. Working alone means every line on a lawn belongs to somebody with a name, which is a fine reason to keep them straight. By mid-morning the dew is gone, the yards behind are cut, and the ones ahead are waiting in the shade.
