About MSP Outdoor Services

Before sunrise on a storm morning, downtown Saint Paul is at its most secretive — river fog sliding over Shepard Road, the skyline half-erased, every surface white and waiting. MSP Outdoor Services is built for that hour. Their winter is plows and shovels and salt, run on routes that clear lots, drives, and entrances before the city wakes up and needs them. Snow in this river valley comes heavy and often comes sideways, and the measure of the work is simple: can people park, walk, and open the door by seven. They make sure the answer is yes, then disappear like the fog does, leaving nothing behind but black pavement.
