About Lo Contractors LLC

When snow starts falling on University Avenue at midnight, the Midway's lots begin their quiet countdown: by morning, cars need somewhere to park and doors need a way to open. Lo Contractors LLC runs that countdown in reverse — trucks out while the storm is still working, pushing back the berms, clearing entrances, keeping walks and pavement usable through the worst a Twin Cities winter can stack up. This is snow work as logistics: routes, timing, and the discipline to go out again when the wind reloads the drifts at 3 a.m. St. Paul winters are long enough to be a season of their own trade, and this is that trade, done storm after storm. The best compliment is the one nobody says, because by daylight it looks like it never snowed at all.
