Ristau Property Maintenance

About Ristau Property Maintenance

There is a week in early November when Keegan Lake goes still and gray and the geese lift off for the last time, and everyone in Rosemount knows what is coming. Ristau Property Maintenance is built for that turn of the year — the last leaf cleanup, then the plow trucks staged and waiting for the first real snow. Through winter they keep driveways and walks open across town; through summer they keep the grass down and the edges sharp; in the shoulder seasons they do the quiet in-between work that keeps a property ready for whatever is next. It is caretaking in the plainest sense, all four turns of the year. When the ice finally lets go of the lake in April, the mowers are already fueled.
