About Mike's Outdoor Services

The loop around Cascade Lake fills with walkers by seven, but Mike's Outdoor Services is generally hooked to the trailer before that, headed out into a Rochester morning with whichever tools the calendar calls for. In summer that means mowers: lawns cut in clean rotation, trim work finished, clippings gone. In winter it means the plow and the shovel and the salt, driveways opened while the sky is still the color of slate. It is honest, physical, year-round work, and the pleasure of it is plain at the end of every job — a yard that looks tended, a driveway that looks safe. The truck moves on; the finished work stays put.
