Community Lawn Care

About Community Lawn Care

Saturday mornings in Slatterly Park sound like the whole neighborhood at once — screen doors, bicycles, somebody's radio, and a mower moving in steady rows. Community Lawn Care belongs to that sound. The work is the ordinary kind that makes a block feel cared for: lawns mowed on a rhythm the grass can count on, trims around fences and mailboxes, spring and fall cleanups that reset the yard for the season ahead. A kept lawn is a small public gift; everyone who walks past gets the benefit of it. In a city like Rochester, where the neighborhoods still know each other, that adds up to something.
