About Red Wing Property Maintenance LLC

Late afternoon downtown, the sun comes off the brick along Third Street and the Sheldon's marquee starts to matter again. Red Wing Property Maintenance LLC takes care of the ground floor of all that — the turf strips, the boulevards, the entries and the walks people cross without thinking about them. Through the green months the grass gets cut, trimmed and edged on a weekly rotation, with cleanups at both ends of the year; through the cold it's plowing, shoveling, and keeping ice off the places where a foot lands wrong. Property maintenance in a town of hills and old sidewalks is mostly attention: knowing which north-facing walk glazes first, which corner the wind loads. The reward is a building that looks cared for at five o'clock on a Tuesday, in either season.
