About Nature's Quest Landscape & Design

Ravenna lies out along the Mississippi bottoms east of Hastings, where river fog freezes onto everything overnight and the fields hand their snow straight to the road. Nature's Quest Landscape & Design plows the farm drives and township lanes here, opening them wide enough that the next drift has somewhere else to land. Rime on the cottonwoods and black pavement underneath is the whole reward of a cold morning. Walks get shoveled, the ice at the step handled, the approach to the blacktop cut back so a driver can see what's coming. The plowing gets done early out this way, because nobody wants to be waiting on a road that ends at the river.
