About Sinnott Blacktop, LLC

A Lake Superior storm reaches Proctor with an inch an hour in it, and the ridge road vanishes while the harbor lights below still burn orange through the falling snow. Sinnott Blacktop, LLC runs the plow through those nights: driveways and parking lots opened up, walks cleared down to the pavement, ice knocked back with sand and salt before the first shift stirs. A street up here can bury itself twice before breakfast, so the work gets measured in passes rather than hours. The reward is small and enormous at the same time — a neighbor steps out at six and there is simply nothing in the way. Winter service for homes and businesses across Proctor and the hilltop communities around it.
