About Alpha Outdoor Solutions

Four in the morning, ten below, and a northwest wind combing snow across Highway 169 — that is when Alpha Outdoor Solutions goes to work. Princeton winters arrive on their own schedule, often as fast-moving clippers that drop their load and leave the town glittering and buried. The job is simple to say and hard to do: driveways opened, walks cleared, lots pushed back to blacktop before the first coffee is poured downtown. There is a particular satisfaction in headlights sweeping over a clean, square-edged driveway while the rest of the street still sleeps. That is the standard, storm after storm.
