Legacies Multi-Services

About Legacies Multi-Services

Clippers come down out of Alberta and arrive over Otsego in the middle of the night, laying four inches down while the town sleeps. That is when Legacies Multi-Services is out — headlights swinging into driveways at two in the morning, blade down and angled to throw the snow clear of the mailbox. Walks get shoveled and blown out all the way to the step, and the slope that runs toward a door gets sanded before anyone tries it. By the time the sky turns gray over the river, every drive on the route is open and the trucks are heading home. Winter here runs long, and somebody has to meet it early.
