About JK Property Service

Highway 101 carries Otsego across the Mississippi into Elk River, and traffic starts moving on it long before sunrise. JK Property Service works ahead of that clock in winter, plowing driveways and shoveling steps so nobody has to argue with a snowbank in the dark with a coffee in hand. In the warm months the trucks come back loaded with mowers, and yards on the river side of town get cut, trimmed and edged into clean lines. Spring brings the cleanup — the fallen sticks, the leaves the wind hid all winter, the grit thrown up along the curb. Steady seasonal work for a town that keeps growing out along the highway.
