About LVJ Services

Late August in Orono turns the air thick and slow, and the yards off Stubbs Bay hold their shade under maple and ash right through the afternoon. LVJ Services reads a lawn by where the sun actually lands — the open stretch that scorches by noon, the low corner that stays damp a day longer — and cuts each part accordingly. Trimming follows the fence lines and the fieldstone, borders come back sharp, and the walks get blown clean so nothing rides indoors on a shoe. There is a real satisfaction in the final pass, when the engine cuts and the lot goes quiet except for water somewhere past the trees. These tree-crowded Orono properties ask for patience, and patience is exactly what they get.
