Martins tree service

About Martins tree service

South of Mille Lacs the land folds into the hills around Kathio, sugar maple and oak on the high ground, the Rum River just beginning its journey out of the lake. Come October those hills turn every shade a maple owns, and a well-pruned crown shows it best. Martins tree service works that country the year through: trimming for clearance and health, pruning to correct what a crowded stand made of a young tree, removing what has gone rotten at the base, and clearing storm wreckage from drives and lakeside lots. Cold-weather work has its own appeal here — frozen ground, clean access, the saw the loudest thing in the woods. What is left by spring is a yard with room to grow into.
