About Northbound Outdoor Services LLC

The sand plain under Oak Grove holds tamarack swamps and low wet pockets tucked between dry ridges, and snow piles into that country unevenly — knee-deep in one dip, scoured bare on the next rise. Northbound Outdoor Services LLC runs the plow through all of it: driveways, private lanes, walkways, sanding and salting wherever a slope turns slick. Storms up this way like to arrive at night, so the work is headlights, flakes crossing the beams, and the scrape of steel on blacktop with nobody awake to hear it. By the time the sky goes gray over the swamp the lanes are cut through to the county road. Morning traffic never has any idea how late the night ran.
