About On Grade Excavation

The Middle Fork Crow River comes over the dam in the middle of New London and steams in the cold while the mill pond above it goes solid. On Grade Excavation works the winter side of town from there — plowing driveways and lots, clearing sidewalks, pushing snow back to the property lines so a February storm still has room to land.
