John's Lawn Care

About John's Lawn Care

The Crow Wing River makes its slow turns just south of Motley, and the sandy pine ground along it grows grass in fits and starts all summer. John's Lawn Care mows through that country — town lots off Highway 10, river places, and yards where the jack pine crowds in at the back. Trimming and edging keep the lines honest where lawn meets sand and needle. Spring cleanup here means pine litter as much as leaves, and there is a great deal of it. Finished, a Motley yard sits green and level with the pines standing dark behind it, which is about as good as midsummer gets.
