East of town the Kettle River cuts down through sandstone, and the old rail grade that became the Munger Trail runs straight north alongside it. Jusczak landscapes & Excavating LLC works the properties strung through that country around Moose Lake — mowing, trimming and cleanups in the green months, plowing and shoveling once winter takes hold. Storm days start dark and end dark, and the aim is simple: every drive on the route open, every walk cut down to the step. In summer the same route means edges held tight and grass kept back off the gravel. Long seasons in both directions, and both of them worth doing right.
