Elevated Snow Removal

About Elevated Snow Removal

Moorhead sits on the bed of glacial Lake Agassiz, ground so level that surveyors joke about it — which makes Elevated Snow Removal the only elevation business in town. What they raise is windrows: snow lifted off driveways and parking areas and stacked into clean white ridges at the edge of the lot. Behind their equipment the pavement comes back black and dry, full width, ready for morning. On the flats, snow has nowhere to go unless somebody moves it, and moving it well is a craft of angles and timing. They have the angles down.
