About Van Gorp Landscaping

Sunrise finds the Minnesota River valley below Montevideo arranged in layers, mist over the water, granite showing through the grass on the slopes, prairie sky going pink above the whole business. Van Gorp Landscaping starts growing-season days like that with mowing, trimming and edging, and starts the winter ones with a plow and a shovel. The valley makes for yards on a tilt and drives that funnel wind, so neither task is flat-ground work. Cutting a slope evenly, or scraping a pitched drive down to pavement, takes attention more than speed. Montevideo is a handsome town at either end of the year, and it deserves borders to match.
