Englund Lawn Care

About Englund Lawn Care

Moe is a quiet stretch of Douglas County township, gravel roads and farmsteads and sloughs edged with cattails, carrying a short name with a Scandinavian ring. Here the last mowing of the year comes in October, when the fields are combined and bare, the air smells of fallen leaves and the grass wants one final low, even cut. Englund Lawn Care follows Moe's yards from the soft first growth of May to that last tidy pass of autumn. Done well, it leaves a lawn ready to lie quiet beneath the winter and wake up green and even in spring — a small, steady signature on the land.
