About His Workmanship - Minnetonka

Minnehaha Creek once turned a mill wheel at Minnetonka Mills, and the neighborhood that grew up around it still carries a respect for work done thoroughly and by hand. His Workmanship - Minnetonka fits that lineage, mowing lawns through the growing months and clearing snow when the creek slows under ice. The tasks are ordinary — trimming, raking, shoveling a walk down to bare concrete — but ordinary tasks done with care are what keep a street looking loved. Late winter is the hinge of it: one week the crew is clearing steps, and a few weeks on the first mowers are out over grass barely woken. Season to season, the point stays the same — leave each place better than the weather found it.
