Andrew's Lawn and Snow

About Andrew's Lawn and Snow

Four a.m. in January, and the only light on a street near Glen Lake is a pair of headlights moving snow. Andrew's Lawn and Snow works Minnetonka at both ends of the year — driveways and walks opened before anyone's alarm goes off, and lawns cut clean once the ground gives back its green. Winter here is not an event but a rhythm, storm after storm sliding across the west metro, and the pleasure of the work is a driveway scraped to pavement while the neighborhood still sleeps. Summer flips the script: full daylight, mower hum, straight passes across yards shaded by maples. Two seasons, one habit of showing up.
