Love Your Neighbor’s Lawn

About Love Your Neighbor’s Lawn

The name says the whole philosophy: Love Your Neighbor's Lawn treats grass-cutting as a neighborly act. Around Powderhorn Park, where front stoops face each other across narrow streets and half the neighborhood turns out for anything happening on the green, a kept lawn is a small gift to the whole block. The work is lawn care — mowing on schedule, trimming the ragged spots, keeping yards presentable through the fast-growing weeks of a Minneapolis summer. No fuss, no drama, just grass cut well and often. When the block looks good, everybody's porch-sitting gets a little sweeter, and that is the point.
