Grounded Earth

About Grounded Earth

Below the streets of Minneapolis the Mississippi runs through a wooded gorge, oak roots gripping the bluff — a reminder that everything green here starts with what holds on underneath. Grounded Earth takes its lawn care in that spirit, tending city yards from the soil up: feeding, mowing, and building turf that can grip through drought and shake off a hard winter. The crew works the neighborhoods above the river gorge and beyond, where sandy bluff soil and heavy clay each ask for different handling. Patience is part of the method; deep roots are slow news. But a lawn grown that way holds its green when shallow ones give up, and that staying power is what the work is for.
