About Envirolawn

The thaw comes to Minneapolis like a rumor — first the south-facing slopes below the Witch's Hat tower in Prospect Park, then the boulevards, then everything at once. Envirolawn starts its year in that mud and promise, working lawns awake with spring cleanups and the first feeding of the season. Through the summer the crew keeps city yards mowed, thickened, and holding their color, paying attention to the soil as much as the blades above it. A lawn that is healthy underneath shrugs off the hard weeks — the July scorch, the September rains. The green you see in August is decided in April, and that is where the work begins.
