About Crestview Property Maintenance

Snow in Minneapolis prefers to fall overnight, thick and businesslike, while the skyline glows against the low clouds. Crestview Property Maintenance treats those hours as the workday: plows rolling through parking lots and driveways, shovel crews squaring off entrances, salt going down before the first commuters test the pavement. The measure of the job is what people don't notice — no ruts, no glaze, no drift folded against the door. From the city's edge neighborhoods to the busy blocks nearer downtown, the routes get run storm after storm. By sunrise the snow belongs to the boulevards and rooftops, where it looks good, and not to the pavement, where it doesn't.
