About J's Snow and Landscape

In late June the light over Beltrami County hangs on until nearly ten, and the township roads around Milo run gold between aspen and red pine. J's Snow and Landscape uses those long evenings for lawn care, mowing, trimming, edging and cleaning up yards on places set back among the trees and the lakes. Up here a yard is really a clearing, and keeping it means keeping the line between mown grass and woods honest and sharp. The season comes late and leaves early, so every green week gets spent. A tended lawn in the north country reads as a kind of welcome, visible from the road long before the house is.
