About The Croix Companies

In Merrifield the yards run right up to the pines, and by July the shade crosses them all afternoon like a slow tide. The Croix Companies mows, trims and edges through those green months, working lake lots and county-road properties in the country north of Brainerd where grass gives way to needles and sand. Mowing lines get set against the tree line so the stripe stays honest even where the ground rolls away. Cleanups in spring and again in fall handle whatever the wind brings down between Round Lake and the Gull chain. It is plain, seasonal work, and a yard that looks cared for on a Friday afternoon is the whole point of it.
