About Woodfellas Lawn and Landscape

Come October the corn goes off the fields around Madison Lake and the light turns thin and gold along Highway 60. Woodfellas Lawn and Landscape takes a last pass with the mower while the grass still grows, then waits for the frost to hand the work over to blade and plow. Winter here is mostly wind — snow that will not stay put, filling a driveway back in an hour after it is cleared — and the answer is to go again. Spring returns the favor with mowing and trimming, edges tightened up, the yard brought back to order one pass at a time. Two trades, one town, and a calendar that never really stops.
