About Sorenson Tree Service, LLC

Madelia sits low along the Watonwan, where cottonwoods mark the river the way fence posts mark a field. July builds thunderheads out of a blue afternoon here, and by evening a farmstead grove can be missing a limb the size of a truck. Sorenson Tree Service, LLC handles what comes of that: storm damage cleanup, removal of what the wind has broken past repair, and the slower work — trimming and pruning — that leaves the next storm less to take. Prairie towns look after their shade because there is not much of it to spare. A grove cleared and put back in order, cut wood ranked along the drive, is a good way to end a hot day.
