About Cleveringa Construction

Luverne wears its own bedrock — rose-colored quartzite set into storefronts and public buildings, which at sunrise after a snowfall goes the warm color of a struck match. Cleveringa Construction handles winter against that backdrop: plowing driveways and yards, scraping commercial lots, opening sidewalks and steps, and putting down grit where a thaw has left a shine. Stone corners and old alley angles reward someone who already knows where the snow wants to go. A pass laid straight, snow carried back far enough to still be out of the way come February, salt only where salt belongs. By the time the town is moving, the work looks like nothing ever happened, which is exactly the point.
