About Affordable Landscaping By Dons

Lonsdale wakes early in June, dew still silvering the sod in the newer neighborhoods on the edge of town, where the boulevard trees are young enough to throw only thin shadows. That is the hour Affordable Landscaping By Dons likes best: deck set, the first pass laid down straight, cut grass in the air before the day turns hot. Past the last cul-de-sac the fields run flat to the horizon, and a tidy lawn is a small, deliberate answer to all that open country. The work here is mowing, trimming and edging, with the cleanups that bookend a Minnesota growing season. Come evening, when the light goes long and gold across Rice County, the lines are still sharp — and that is the whole point.
