Longridge Lawn Service

About Longridge Lawn Service

The country around Long Prairie lies in long low ridges, and whatever is coming — a thunderhead in June, a north wind in January — you can watch it a while before it gets here. Longridge Lawn Service works both ends of that weather: mowing, trimming, and yard cleanups while the ground is green, plowing drives and shoveling walks once it turns white. Winter out here means drifting, and drifting means going over the same driveway more than once until it will stay open. Summer means the schedule, week on week, and the flat even finish that comes of cutting a lawn often enough to know it. One town, two seasons of work, and a truck that only changes what is hitched to the back.
