Seasonal Elite

About Seasonal Elite

December storms cross the western suburbs on a wind that finds every open lane, and by first light the drives off Long Lake's wooded roads need opening. Seasonal Elite plows them, shovels the walks and steps, and breaks out the packed windrow at the curb so a car can leave clean. When the ice gives up in April, the work turns to mowing, trimming, and carting off the winter's litter, then a full round of cutting through the warm months and leaves at the close. Two trades on one calendar, both measured by whether a place looks ready when somebody steps outside. Long Lake is a small town with a lot of weather, and there is plenty here to do.
